說到減肥啊我當初就是喝啤酒喝的多，每天都會喝上幾瓶，結果啤酒肚出來了，身上還有很多的肉，整個人看起來胖了很多，每天堅持跑步都件不下來，後來朋友介紹我壹種中醫減肥終於減了下來，然而現在剛談的女朋友也是顯得很胖，總是不吃飯的進行減肥，吃的到就那麽壹小口，要不還是流食，真的很心疼她，我告訴她朋友給中醫減肥方法，結果她也減了下來，朋友的中醫減肥方法真的很好。

一到放假我就喜歡宅在家裏，大門不出，二門不邁。待在家裏上上網，看看電視，玩玩手機。平時媽媽不在家，肚子餓了也懶得做飯，關鍵是也不會做飯。還好有pizza外送，餓的時候打個電話，pizza外送就會送到家門口。媽媽整天說我懶，再這樣下去我就要餓死了，我還厚臉皮的說沒事有pizza外送。有時朋友到家裏來玩，我們不想出去吃也會打電話叫pizza外送，速度真的很快，也很好吃。

上次帶媽媽去了一次臺北之後媽媽就喜歡上吃臺北 太陽餅了，晚上回到家裏媽媽就告訴我說是她知道我表姐要去臺北出差就讓我給我表姐打一個電話讓我表姐從臺北回來的時候給她帶臺北 太陽餅回來，聽了媽媽講的事情我就說我馬上就給表姐打電話講。給表姐打完電話之後我就告訴媽媽我已經給我表姐講了，我表姐也答應帶臺北 太陽餅回來，媽媽聽了我講的事情就說她自從上次吃了一次臺北 太陽餅之後就一直想著臺北 太陽餅那個味道。

我跟老公帶著兒子去參加朋友阿杜婚禮的時候我們一家人就穿著親子裝去了，身邊的好友都說我們一家人穿親子裝特別的漂亮，我也特別的開心。晚上回到家裏我就告訴老公今天穿親子裝去參加朋友的婚禮我特別的高興，老公聽了我講的事情就說他也很喜歡這個親子裝，說是今天兒子玩的很高興。聽了老公講的事情我就說我改天去逛街的時候我再去多買幾套親子裝，以後去參加兒子學校活動的時候我們也可以穿親子裝去參加活動。
