我想減肥了，於是就讓朋友給我推薦幾個減肥方法呢。其實前幾年我也不胖，可是我自打從日本回來以後，身體就一直在發胖，這是我所不能控制的，所以導致了現在的我很自卑，覺得自己都快嫁不出去了，因為肥胖的關係，我的行動也不是很方便，所以就想通過朋友給我推薦的中醫減肥減肥呢，現在也正在治療過程中，希望這次通過中醫減肥我可以瘦二十斤，這樣的話我就跟以前一模一樣了。而且我也聽減肥中心的人說了，我肯定可以減下來的，我也很期待呢。

去年過年的時候，我爸爸從外地回來給我奶奶和爺爺買了好多的冬蟲夏草。當時我還不知道冬蟲夏草的作用呢， 於是就問爸爸這個有什麼作用， 爸爸就告訴我說是冬蟲夏草是一種中藥材，而且是特別好的中藥材，給生過小孩，或者是動過手術，和身體不好的人吃的，吃了之後身體會恢復的很快，我當時腦子里就閃過一個念頭，要是奶奶爺爺吃了女之後，效果好的話，我以後也要到中國東北那邊去做冬蟲夏草藥材生意，到時候我一定可以掙到好多錢的。
