最近幾天也不知道是怎麼了，我每天早上起來都是頸痛的厲害呢，剛開始的時候我也沒有怎麼在意呢，我想著可能是因為我晚上沒有休息好的原因吧，但是我後來發現這和我的睡覺是沒有什麽關係的，我就很納悶是怎麼了，我就去醫院裡面看了一下，因為我怕這個頸痛的問題越來越嚴重了，後來醫生說是我的這個頸痛就是因為長期的伏案工作才導致的，要是平時能多做一下按摩的話，那我的這個頸痛就能好一些的，聽到醫生這麼說，我也就放心了，以后我就按照他說的去做吧。
